Let's Talk About Kanter's Law and Entrepreneurship: "Everything Looks Like Failure in the Middle"

I say it often, Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. It is a journey that takes time (think years) to be successful in most cases.

There are so many different entrepreneurs online who are at different chapters in their journey. Many times this causes frustration and concern for other entrepreneurs who are not yet at that point in their business.

I wanted to share with you Kanter's Law, by Rosabeth Moss Kanter that pretty much states "in the middle everything looks like a failure". We are often motivated by beginnings and love happy endings... but in the middle is where the hard work happens.

If we keep this in mind, every new experience, learning curve, and challenge will take us closer to where we need to be.

It's important to understand these challenges are part of the process and things tend to get messy in the middle.

But when we remain focused on the goals we have in our business and what we have set out to do (and not waiver). We will be successful. It's continuing to believe in yourself and stay focused that is the battle.

You got this.
