The Time to Grow (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides coaching, mastermind programs, workshops, online communities, and training services through our website [Insert Website URL] (the “Site”) and associated platforms. By accessing our Site, purchasing our services, or participating in any of our programs, you (“Client,” “Member,” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Site or services.

1. Services Offered
The Company provides the following services:
- Coaching & Consulting Services (1:1 and group coaching)
- Mastermind Programs
- Workshops & Live Trainings
- Online Membership & Community Access
- Courses & Digital Products
All services are delivered according to the specific terms outlined on their respective sales pages, agreements, or contracts.

2. Payment Terms
2.1 Fees & Payment Authorization
- All fees are payable in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon.
- If a payment plan is offered, the Client agrees to automatic recurring payments until the full amount is paid.
- Failure to complete payments will result in suspension of access to the program, community, and any related materials.
2.2 Late or Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, the Company reserves the right to attempt to process the payment again at its discretion.
- If a payment is more than 15 days overdue, access to services may be revoked.
- Any disputed or chargeback payments will result in immediate termination of access, and the Company may pursue legal remedies.
2.3 No Refund Policy
- All purchases are final. Due to the digital and coaching nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on coaching programs, masterminds, workshops, community memberships, or digital courses.
- Any exceptions to this policy must be stated explicitly in writing by the Company.
3. Membership & Community Guidelines
By joining our membership or online communities (such as private Facebook groups, Slack, or other platforms), you agree to:
- Engage respectfully and professionally.
- Not share, copy, or distribute any materials provided within the community.
- Not engage in solicitation, promotion, or spam within the group.
The Company reserves the right to remove any Member who violates these rules without a refund.
4. Cancellation & Termination Policies
4.1 Coaching & Mastermind Programs
- Once enrolled, coaching and mastermind programs cannot be canceled before the agreed-upon term is complete.
- Early termination does not absolve the Client from fulfilling the full financial commitment.
4.2 Membership & Subscriptions
- Memberships renew automatically unless canceled by the Client at least 14 days before the renewal date.
- No refunds are provided for membership fees, including partial months of service.
5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
5.1 Confidentiality
- The Company agrees to keep all Client discussions and coaching sessions confidential unless legally required to disclose information.
- Likewise, the Client agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary content shared within our programs.
5.2 Intellectual Property Rights
- All content provided by The Time to Grow, including but not limited to training materials, workbooks, videos, and coaching frameworks, remain the intellectual property of the Company.
- Clients may not resell, share, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Guarantee of Results
- The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from coaching, training, or programs. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
6.2 No Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice
- The Company’s coaching and training services are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or medical advice.
- Clients are responsible for consulting their own professionals before making decisions based on program content.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Time to Grow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in our services.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, cyberattacks, or unforeseen events that impact business operations.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey.
- Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey, and both parties waive their right to a jury trial.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
