In this week's article, we will discuss how to get started using Trello for your business. We'll go over the basics of Trello boards, lists, and cards, and show you how to use them to organize your work.
Trello is a web-based project management application that enables users to create and manage projects using boards, lists, and cards.
Boards are used to organize projects, and each board can contain multiple lists.
Lists are used to track tasks or ideas, and each list can contain multiple cards.
Cards are used to represent individual tasks or ideas, and can be assigned to specific users.
To get started using Trello for your business, you will need to create a workspace (your business). Then create a board.
To do this, click on the "Boards" link in the top navigation bar, and then click on the "Create Board" button. Give your board a name, and then add lists and cards as needed. You can also invite other users to collaborate on your board by clicking on the "Invite" button.
When getting started on Trello, I recommend:
1) Creating a business hub that you can check every morning. Spend some time at the beginning of the week to prep your week ahead. This will make you more efficient.
2) You can create a Prospect and Networking board (create a contact card template with notes) also include due dates and follow up notes.
