After years of working behind the scenes for many high-level coaches (my husband included), one thing remains consistent with those who are successful and that commonality is, they all use a project management tool to keep their business organized.
What is a project management tool?
It is a way to effective way to deliver projects on time, delegate and organize tasks. It is the way to track progress and manage time for successful projects.
Let's keep it real.... you have lots of reoccurring things that need to be done in your business. Using a project management tool allows you to effectively create recurring tasks to stay organized and on track in your business.
