You can use it to optimize your salespages... literally install and then see video recordings of people landing on your pages and where they get hung up or how they interact with your page, helping you to optimize and tweak as needed!

It's free and a no-brainer, every single website should have google analytics installed. It allows you to review where customers are coming from (what traffic sources), demographics, locations, and more!

Slack is great to use. You can have your team check in and out daily. Send out group messages and more.

Is like a walkie talkie app, if the team has a quick question about something or needs to give you an update, it's great! Plus you can extend to your clients as well.

Hands down, my favorite. I also added on "boomerang" to my gmail account, so I can schedule emails to be sent later/at different times. 

I am a huge google user in all different ways: drive, suite, forms, etc.-

MailerLitealso has a free, getting started option and may be a good fit for someone just starting out.

Love Calendly, it allows you to create different meeting links with different availabilities. It also allows you to send SMS text reminders for appointments and more!

I use it to capture leads, manage my clients, onboard my clients, send contracts, create forms and more using Dubsado, it does have a decent learning curve (takes a little bit to set up) HERE

Honeybook

*this is more effective as a CRM *DURING and AFTER someone becomes a client and you want to take them through the onboarding process. *you can send proposals, forms, contracts and more.

Many of the same functions of Dubsado, however many have considered it more user friendly.
